It is a folding knife sold by a mysterious brand called “Nikatto”. It’s sold on amazon for about $13, isn’t it too cheap? Normally I would avoid it, but I decided to get it and rush it down. Like, “You can’t use a cheap knife after all.”

A feeling of size is good. It’s hard to convey in the image, but the quality is far higher than expected. The first impression is that even if it is resold for $50, it may not come out.

The balance is also good. The easy-to-use knife has a center of gravity on the index finger of the grip, but this knife also has a perfect center of gravity.

 

It is firmly locked in the closed state without the “blade coming out when facing down” that is common with cheap knives.

The blade is a utility point, a hollow grind with a micro bevel, and is 2 mm thick.

Since the blade of the hollow grind is recessed inward in an arc, the blade is thin and easy to secure sharpness, but on the other hand, the strength is low Well, I don’t expect strength at the time of folding, so there is no problem. The steel of the blade is 8Cr13Mov, which is often used for cheap knives made in China.

 

It is difficult to attach a sharp blade and the durability is not good, but there is no problem if you use it outdoors for a while.
